FACE REFLEXOLOGY

Facial reflexology effectively supports in the following cases:

  • Stress and muscle tension, depression, in case of sleep disorders,

  • pain (e.g. migraine, joint pain, spine), hormonal disorders,

  • cardiovascular system,

  • digestion, allergies and asthma

  • multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's disease

  • Facial paralysis

  • visual impairment

Facial reflexology according to Lone Sorensen is recommended for children with:

  • learning and concentration problems, hyperactivity (ADHD)

  • emotional states of tension, anxiety

  • depression

The main goal of the treatment is to determine the causes of body imbalance through massage, in which the body is stimulated to regulate itself.
Facial reflexology combines the methods of acupuncture, reflexology and neurology, stimulates organs through nerve endings of the central nervous system. This treatment is very effective because we work on the face near the brain and cerebral cortex.

This unique massage is deeply relaxing, promotes the release of endorphins and serotonin, which calm the mind and balance the central nervous system. Therefore, it is an effective method that, among other things, supports the treatment of depression. Facial reflexology treatment restores physical and mental energy.

The treatments I perform do not replace medical treatment.

DIEN CHAN

The Dien Chan method is a form of reflexology developed by the Vietnamese doctor Bui Quoc Chau. Unlike traditional acupuncture, the Dien Chan method does not use needles, but instead uses special tools and gentle pressure on specific reflex zones of the face and head.

The method is based on the assumption that various organs and body functions are reflected on certain areas of the face. By specifically stimulating these reflex zones, it is intended to improve circulation and harmonize the flow of energy in the body.

The Dien Chan method is often used to relieve pain and promote relaxation. It can also be used to improve skin and muscle conditions. This method is non-invasive and painless, so it is an alternative to traditional acupuncture for many people.
The treatments I perform do not replace medical treatment.

HEAD AND NECK MASSAGE

A head and neck massage is a popular type of massage that involves massaging one's neck and head to reduce tension, pain and stress. This type of massage can help improve blood flow and circulation to the neck and head area, which can lead to relief from headaches, migraines and neck pain.

During a neck to head massage, gentle to moderate pressure and stroking movements are applied to the neck and head. The recipient can sit or lie down and relax during the massage.

Head and neck massages are also a simple and effective method of stress management, as they can help calm the mind and relax the body. So if you are suffering from neck pain, headaches or stress, a neck and head massage could be a worthwhile option to find relief.

The treatments I perform are not a substitute for medical treatment.
